Return Policy: Graduation regalia and accessories are nor exchangeable. and are a final sale!
Please understand we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. This non-return policy is industry standard for Academic regalia, custom items, formal wear, costumes and theatrical wardrobe
However, should an exception be made.
All return requests must have an RMA number. Returns sent in without an RMA number will be refused. Customer must request RMA number within 14 days effective from date of delivery of order to you. Customer must print RMA number on outside of shipping box and ship package back to us within 14 days of receiving RMA number. All returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee without exception.
All returns for defective merchandise will be made for the same item.
Item's being returned must be returned in original packaging and in original condition along with a copy of the original invoice. Products showing wear, abuse, alteration or breakage, whether accidental or intentional, can not be accepted back even if within the 14 day period. Clothing items which are washed worn or altered may not be returned.
Items which would be considered formal wear, costume, or for theatrical production may not be returned or exchanged. Graduation regalia and accessories are non-returnable nor exchangeable, unless previously granted and at the discretion of company depending on the reason for return. This would normally be an agreement arranged prior to delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refund of return shipping cost may be requested. Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis at the time of processing and are granted at the discretion of company depending on the reason for return.
Only UPS Standard or USPS Parcel Post costs will be refunded if approved. All express shipping fees are at the discretion of the customer and will not be refunded. For your protection, we recommend that you send merchandise back via UPS or USPS Mail. Please make sure to provide protection against breakage during shipping by using Styrofoam, newspapers or other cushioning packing material. Certain items including but not limited to razors, shavers, dental care, hair care or edibles (food and drink products) cannot be returned once used due to health concerns. Refunds are given by the same method that the order was paid. Returns sent back without request for either refund or exchange will be treated as an exchange for the same product. Please allow 7-10 days after delivery of your return to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

Remember: Custom items such as hoods, take 6-8 weeks, however we do have
loaners if needed.

does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. It depends on availability of the product.. If your product is in stock, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process your order.
When you enter a delivery date, if we cannot meet your time line, we will try to contact you. If we need to rush this order, additional charges will apply. When asking for delivery of your order in less than a 2-3 weeks. You should pick an expedited method (Air Deliver) for shipping.
If you refuse an order,, we reserve the right to charge additional handling and shipping charges on the refused order, as UPS charges us to bring the package back.
