Frank Bee Enterprises Inc strives to make its products and services, including its Web sites, accessible for all users, including people with disabilities. Our website has been designed in line with priority levels 1 and 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and also includes some features from level 3.

Although we continue to test and modify our Web sites for accessibility, there may be some legacy pages and pages developed by third-parties that are not fully compliant with our standards. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems accessing our content. We have tried to cater for as many people as possible but there may be occasions when we can further improve our accessibility. Below is information about some of the features we have implemented to improve navigation for screen reader users, keyboard navigation and users of text-only browsers. You may also find it useful to look at the Accessibility features in your browser.

Access keys

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that replace the need to use the mouse for navigation in browsers that support them. In Internet Explorer on Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key. Then press Enter to activate the link.The following access keys are available throughout the website:

These access keys have been chosen to follow the US Government website guidelines where applicable. Wherever possible, they also avoid conflicts with commonly-used screen reader keyboard shortcuts.

Images

The content images used in this site include descriptive alt attributes. The purely decorative graphics include empty alt attributes.

Tables

Tables have been implemented with properly scoped header cells, to allow screenreaders to render them intelligently.

Links

The text describing links has been written to make sense out of context.

Forms

The forms follow a logical Tab sequence.

Scripting

JavaScript is used on the website to improve usability and is required for online shopping. However it is possible to see details of the services we offer without JavaScript.

Colours

Should you wish to override the site's colours, you can do this by importing your own stylesheet as follows:

•In Internet Explorer select Tools, then Internet Options, and then Accessibility. Next click on any or all 3 checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window you can change your style sheet by clicking the checkbox that says, 'format document using my style sheet' then simply browse to your style sheet and click OK.
•In Netscape select Edit, then Preferences and then Appearance. You will be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.

Font sizes

You can also change the font size through your browser as follows:

•In Internet Explorer, first select View, then Text Size, and then your preferred size.
•In Netscape select View, then Text Zoom, and then select your preferred percentage size.

HTML Validation

We have ensured that where reasonably possible the web pages validate to formal grammars avoiding where possible the deprecated features of W3C technologies. All the main pages validate to xHTML 1.0 Transitional.
